About me
Think of a busy bank counter. A confusing form makes the queue grow and people get upset. Software works the same way, but you can’t see the queue. I work on those screens: busy dashboards, step-by-step flows, sending money. I team up with product managers and engineers, test with real users, and give developers clear instructions.
I’m Durga Prasad, a senior product designer in Bengaluru, India, with 8+ years designing fintech and B2B SaaS products. At Dhani, I designed credit verification, digital wallet and biometric login flows for 10M+ users. At EyeOnTask, I redesigned a field service platform used in 26 countries and cut customer churn from 28% to 13%. Today I work with SaaS, fintech and AI teams worldwide, and I’m available for freelance and contract work.
